PROJECTING AND REALITY

...projections...what is that?...well, let us initially summarize and umbrella-define it as created conditions...one should, however, more often use the terms projections and to project instead of projection...hereby promoting the awareness that processes are involved and that one is not primarily focusing on a kind of product...the term projection often has more substantive chords than the term projecting, which contains more becoming and fulfillment chords...the verb form to project is also a more suitable term to use when wanting to facilitate the development of and invite wisdom consciousness...the term 'projection' can give some nourishment to the formation and retention of cognitions that contribute to experiencing phenomena and beings as having independent existence...with the term projection, one usually does not invite as much to clarifyingly expand and dynamically nuance our observations, but instead tends to ignore the conditions of becoming and direct the psyche towards something objective: an object, figures, or phenomena, which are mostly unreflectively experienced as being 'there' as autonomously existing...one thus objectifies reductively a multi-variable event and avoids, rejects, or turns a blind eye to the involved holistic patterning and the significant nature of reality...

...let us here liken our life to generally residing in a constructed theater world, without knowing it...we can compare projections to the very theatricality with all visible ingredients...including the actors on stage, the theater hall, the play, communications...and the projecting background or the projecting conditions can be likened to production, directing, prompting, learning roles, taking on the viewer function, and similar...

...projection, upon closer and more inclusive examination, can emerge as a here-and-now reflection that communicatively participates in the entire dynamically mutually dependent creative process...and that one can, with a holistically aware attitude, influence the involved conditions...projections have no one-time beginning and no one-time end...they are ongoing all the time...

...and if we are then also more significance-aware present, we are part of the events with, among other things, a holodynamically mirroring holistic perspective and see how different parts mutually dynamically mirror each other and thereby change the whole...

...and if we also have an ignorance- and conceptualization-liberated and clearly observing reality awareness in our ongoing projection being, we will increasingly penetratingly be able to see throughour life conditions also as constructions, stereotypes, invented systems, films, defense patterns, and similar...and nothing wrong with that...quite the opposite!...and if we now also see the composite world's dynamics with reality awareness involved and thereby can also glimpse projections as illusory - i.e., we see them significantly as impermanent chance creations - so we see even more unobstructedly throughall projections and gradually no longer consider the composite and substantial phenomena as so real, but more as (at least potentially) transparently impermanent...what was previously experienced more as 'truly real' with conventional glasses now begins to emerge more as something that is seemingly real...

...and with increasingly wisdom-oriented clarity of insight, the relative creations can successively be made to emerge rainbow-like, while the consciously uncompounded and non-spatio-temporally clear infinite emptiness instead reveals itself as the real reality...or, let us rather call it the enabling reality consciousness...the term 'real reality' contains elements of objectifying and autonomizing projections, just like terms such as the 'absolute reality', 'the ultimate base', 'the final being' and similar...

...if we are interested in opening ourselves to wisdom consciousness at a qualified Mahayana level, we must remember that nothing whatsoever has any autonomous existence...not even the most subtle, clearest, purest, most illuminated and pari-nirvanic reality consciousness...a fully enlightened consciousness is not separate from anything in the entire multiverse...this is also essentially the very point of a Buddha-awakened reality consciousness...it contains no hindering conditions and can thereby be omnipresent, even in the blackest cosmic holes...reality consciousness is non-relative, unconditional, uncompounded and consequently also simultaneously and invariably present everywhere in all spatial and temporal dimensions and beyond these...

...when we have begun integrating wisdom-oriented reality consciousness and have it increasingly accessible, our being-in-the-whole also becomes more naturally enlightenment-promoting and our projecting and performing becomes more significance-consciously selected and designed...

...when one understands the nature of projection, one will project less unnecessarily and unconsciously...yes, we will become increasingly aware of our unconsciousness in projection in general...and we will also - with increasingly meditative experience - naturally contribute such projections that promote our development towards enlightenment...

...but, to realize and integrate this will take some time for most of us, so we must tune the cultivation of our reality consciousness with patient fundamental chords and with significance-conscious attitudes... among other things, by, let's say, welcoming naturally projected dharma light rays from space...and then allowing each of these light rays to be distinctly multiplied...which in turn can again be distinctly multiplied...all of these are pregnant with Buddha's enlightenment potentialities, like, let's say, a cosmic energylight hen laying light eggs, which in turn hatch and create light hens that then lay new, subtler lighteggs...until eventually only clear and endless light remains that can no longer be distinguished and subtilized...and no light hens are needed anymore to bear new light eggs...what remains is simply endless clear and undifferentiable light consciousness, which has no beginning and no end..
